Community & education
Justin Sha.
I'm Justin Sha, a California lawyer, educator and founder based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I teach business law at Ohlone College and serve on the board of the Ohlone College Foundation. Over the years, I've also spent a lot of time in community organizations, volunteering, organizing events and programs, and working with students and people involved in public service.
I keep coming back to that work because I think a good life is about more than what you accomplish for yourself. Some of the experiences I value most have come from helping someone else, bringing people together, or contributing to a community I care about. This site is where I write about those experiences, the people I've learned from, and what they have taught me about education, service and leaving something useful behind for whoever comes next.

- 03Pay It ForwardMy dad's phrase, a lesson about where money actually goes furthest, and why I keep showing up for a community college foundation.Oct 2026
